Magellan Dental Arts was founded by a local dentist in Vancouver, B.C, Canada. Through our network of laboratories, we are able to offer the best value in the dental market today. Our goal is to expand patient access to affordable dentistry without compromising the quality.

Our dentists receive technical support from our Vancouver based lab.
From our Vancouver head office, our on-site CDTs provide local technical support, fast adjustments and re-shades as well as regular quality audits. Our partner lab was hand-picked for its small size, expertise and high quality of work. We continuously conduct internal audits and maintain daily communication to ensure an uninterrupted quality fabrication process. We offer a 10-business day turn around time.

We optimize our processes, implement preventative measures, and maintain high product quality. In addition, mandatory BSI Canada audits certify our adherance to the ISO standards.

We are the first dental lab in Canada to have Health Canada approval for the sale of our dental restorations.
Maintaining the Health Canada device licences assures our dentists and their patients that our restorations are fabricated using only world-leading brands, such as Ivoclar® and Zirkonzahn®, and are approved under the stringent government regulations.

When your case is ready, you can schedule a pick-up with FedEx using our account #306577158, or call us and we can do it for you!

Wrap models in bubble wrap
Place your case in the sealable lab bag provided
Put the case in a Magellan box
Place the box in a FedEx Pak, and stick the waybill on top
Once the case arrives at our office, we will contact you to confirm we have received it, and to address any questions or preferences you may have.
If you have any questions regarding your case at any point in the process, we can be reached by phone, email, or fax, and are usually very quick at replying.

Designed to address your individual requests and ensure consistency in the quality of your restorations.
We will send a Preference Form for you to fill out via email.
Your case fabrication preferences will be included with each case.
Your case will be returned to you within 10 business days!
If there are any delays to the schedule, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you may have ample notice of the delay.
