These Advanced Layered Restorations are fabricated in Vancouver at a breakthrough price of $275 per unit including temporary stents, a savings of 30% or more. |

Our ADVANTAGE™ line offers your everyday fixed and implant prosthetics starting at $135 for a PFM Titanium (alloy included), a cost savings of up to 60% due to our exclusive partnership with a certified by ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE Mark 0483, EN 480001 overseas laboratory. All our components, parts, alloys and porcelains of these restorations are approved by Health Canada. |

FedEx covers most areas of Canada.

5 Year Warranty for all Magellan permanent restorations from date of invoice. |

Remake or repair at Magellan's discretion at no charge for same restoration.

Doctor pays difference for more costly restoration.

Magellan's warranty does not cover the following:
- Cash refund for prosthesis
- Cost incurred for removal or reinsertion
- Repairs or replacement resulting from accident, neglect, abuse,
failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, relines, improper
adjustments or improper dental hygiene.
- Repairs or replacement for cases which did not meet Magellan
standards upon receipt of case.
- Implant and attachment components. Warranties on these items are
covered by their respective manufacturers.

In order to keep our prices as low
as possible, our payment policy requires
either: |

Your Credit Card information on
file and we charge your credit card
on the 15th of the fol
lowing month. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

You send us cheque payment which
we must receive by the 20th of the
following month. |

If we are unable to process your
credit card, we will advise you so
that you can make alternate arrangements. |

|

If we do not receive your payment
by the 20th of the month, we begin
charging interest from
the 1st of that month at a rate of
1.5% per month on the overdue balance. |

We reserve the right to request
credit card payment prior to shipping
for any accounts that
have an overdue balance. |
